We believe that becoming a great person comes before becoming a great athlete!

 

We are dedicated to building responsible young leaders, not just wrestlers, which is why joining our club means making a commitment to excellence in every part of your life. First and foremost, you must prioritize and commit to maintaining good grades in the classroom; school is your number one focus, and we expect effort and academic success. Additionally, we expect every member to maintain a positive, respectful attitude toward school, home, and the practice room, coaching not only sportsmanship and hard work but also respect for your coaches, teammates, and parents above all else.

Wrestling is one of the oldest and most challenging sports in the world, and it's fantastic for developing physical strength, mental toughness, and self-discipline. It is a competitive grappling sport where two opponents try to pin each other's shoulders to the mat or score points by executing various throws, takedowns, and control maneuvers.

 

Our practices focus on teaching fundamental wrestling techniques, building strength and agility, and improving your cardiovascular endurance. It’s an intense, full-body workout that requires both quick thinking and physical power.

 

Beyond the physical skills, wrestling teaches you how to, handle adversity, set goals, and rely on your own effort—skills that will benefit you for life.
